 1995: Head of Section, Asia Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, responsible for development programmes in Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia.

 1996-1999: First Secretary, Embassy of Denmark, Dhaka

 1999-2002: Secretary to the Minister for Development Cooperation

 2002: Head of Section, The Danish Trade Council

 2002-2006: Counselor, Embassy of Denmark, Ha Noi

 2006- : Managing Director, Mascot International Vietnam and Mascot Int. Laos (2013-)

 2011: Recipient of His Royal Highness Prince Henrik’s Medal of Honour in Recognition of Outstanding Services in Relation to the Trade Relations Between Denmark and Vietnam

 2018: Recipient of Commemorative Medal, issued by the Minister of Planning and Investment, Government of SR Vietnam

2019: Medal of Honor from Vietnam’s Association for support to Agent Orange Victims (VAVA).
